Scott Holzman writes to tell us about  this new video from Avondale, a folk duo named after the Cincinnati neighborhood.

Now, if you’re like me and wouldn’t normally think to push play on a “folk duo”, make an exception. You’ll probably want to listen to it twice. This is very pretty stuff that feels not unlike the Decemberists, if it was stripped down to 2 guitars.
